The Future of Sustainability: Shaping the Leaders of Tomorrow
Creating a more sustainable world takes leadership – and part of being a leader is a willingness to share your knowledge and successes, and seek out other leaders so you can gain from their experience.
Higher education leaders have a unique opportunity to shape the future, by providing their students – tomorrow’s doctors, architects, scientists, and business leaders – with the skills they need to build sustainable societies. The Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE), a key partner in our Solution Generation program, is offering a series of webinars designed to help educators incorporate sustainability into their courses and lead sustainability programs on their campuses.
The first webinar is happening today, February 25, at 3:00 PM ET. To learn more and register, click here.
The Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) is announcing its second webinar series for 2015, “Educating for Sustainability.” Through this series, AASHE provides resources, skills, solutions and tools for all educators and campus change makers. All are welcome to attend no matter where you are on your journey to advance sustainability! This progressive series will be valuable to introduce new ideas to improve sustainability in the curriculum efforts at your institution.
Mark your calendars for 3 – 4:30 PM ET on Feb. 25, March 11, March 25 and April 8. Additional information, including registration links to each webinar, can be found here.
Please forward this announcement to a colleague so they can also take advantage of this series and add tools to their sustainability toolkit!
