PhpThumb_generated_thumbnailjpg Join Bill Gates for a fireside chat (sans fire) at the annual fundraising breakfast put on by the Northwest-based nonprofit Climate Solutions. Bill Gates, Microsoft chairman and co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, will join Climate Solutions Board Co-chair Jabe Blumenthal in a conversation about addressing climate change and increasing innovations in clean energy, and how these issues relate to addressing hunger, disease, and poverty.

Tickets to the breakfast sold out faster than flapjacks at a Paul Bunyan convention, but you can still get in on the action. Grist is teaming up with Climate Solutions to bring you exclusive video of the conversation.
